今年初，华东政法大学的大三学生小王在进入上海迪士尼乐园时，被工作人员以“园区规则”为由翻包检查。据小王说，工作人员看到她带了零食后，先要求她把零食扔掉，小王表示不同意后，工作人员给了小王两个选择：在入园处的小桌子旁吃掉或者寄存到附近的寄存柜里。零食很多，全吃掉显然行不通；而寄存柜一天的费用是80元，已经超过了零食的价格。最后，小王无奈之下，只能将零食丢弃在小桌子上。小王认为，园方制定的规则及有关行为侵犯了自己的合法权益，便一纸诉状将上海迪士尼乐园告上法庭。
